Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing our store for your shopping needs. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

All orders will be processed within 72 hours of being placed. After processing, orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note: This time is separate from delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and the following timeframes are an estimate and not a guarantee.

Domestic orders (United States and Europe) should be delivered within 3-12 business days of being shipped.

International orders (Africa, Asia, Oceania, South and Central America) should be delivered within 5-31 business days of being shipped.

Please note: International order times does not account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc.

Important Notes:

  • During holiday periods, orders may take up to 10 extra business days to be delivered
  • We are not responsible for fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will clearly be shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time at checkout.
  • Any inquiries relating to the exact location of your package should be made to the shipment carrier directly, we only have access to the same information that can be seen by you through your tracking number.
  • Please be aware that once you have made a purchase we may be unable to modify the shipping address. Therefore, please ensure an accurate and complete address is provided during the purchase process.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages that are not delivered or are delayed due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. In addition, we are not responsible for packages that are not picked up by the customer from the delivery location or postal service. Please note: we do not resend packages or issue refunds for these reasons due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is damaged or defective and to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • We aim to deliver your order as fast as possible, which is why some orders may be fulfilled by multiple manufacturers. This approach allows us to quicken the process and get orders shipped as soon as possible. Please be assured that we are committed to the complete delivery of your order. 
  • If an order has not been delivered in 25 calendar days (for domestic orders) or in 40 calendar days (for international orders) after the estimated date of delivery, customers must contact us within 7 days to be eligible for a refund.
